"KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE WORK" I just changed my affiliation to Coldwell Banker. I've been in Real Estate and Construction for the past 31 Years. I have improved my income each of the last two years. For the previous seven years I was with CENTURY 21 Real Estate. Previously, I worked at Jonelle Real Estate where I was awarded the DIAMOND AWARD from WPMLS. In 2003 and 2004 I received the CENTURION AWARD, in 2005 and 2006 the Diamond Award from Century 21. This means that I completed the past four years in the top 4% of the country at Century 21. I have been in the TOP 21 @ Century 21 in Westchester and Putnam Counties for the last six years. While attending a ten-week program given by the FLOYD WICKMAN GROUP, I was the only agent out of 70 agents competing who achieved the goal of at least one listing a week during the ten week period. For that I received the ON TRACK AWARD, I also received TOP PRODUCER, TOP LISTER and TOP OVERALL PRODUCER AWARDS for the FLOYD WICKMAN COURSE. I
